Before you go on holiday at the 4-star Hotel Metzgerwirt in Sankt Veit / Pongau, we recommend that you read the following information, opening hours, terms and conditions closely. If you have any questions, we are happy to be of assistance.

Reception:
Our ladies at the reception of the Metzgewirt in Sankt Veit / Pongau
are here for you every day from 7.30am - 9pm.

Hotel restaurant:
Breakfast: 7 - 10am
Dinner: 6 - 8.30pm

Main restaurant:
11:30am - 2pm and 6pm - 9pm every day

Beauty and spa area:
Beauty area: 9am - 5.30pm
Spa and rest area: 9am - 10pm
Sauna area: 2 - 10 pm 
Fitness area: 7.30am - 10pm

Arrival / departure
The room is ready for you at 2 pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of your departure. Bathrobes and towels are available for the entire duration of your stay. Enjoy our spa area for free before moving into and after moving out of your room.

Charging station
We rely on eco- and climate-friendly driving behaviour, therefore we offer our guests free use of our in-house charging station. Vehicles, equipped with a type 1 or type 2 plug or a Schuko plug, can charge "green electricity".

Room prices
The prices listed are per person and per day (except package deals) including the Metzgerwirt gourmet half-board, use of the spa area and the many included Metzgerwirt services – including local tax, all fees and other taxes. Booking a double room or suite for single-person use incurs an additional € 20 per day for the category of your choice.

Confirmation of the room number
Unfortunately, it is only possible to confirm the room category, but not the exact room number or floor.

Adult discounts
All our family suites offer enough space for a third or fourth adult person (ages 16+).
The third and fourth person receive a discount of 20% on the room price per night and per person.

Children’s discounts
When staying in the parental bedroom (two full-paying guests):

• Children up to age 5: free of charge (up to two children)
• Children aged 6to 15: 50% discount
• Children staying in a room alone: 30% discount

Single with children:

• One child up to age 5: free of charge
• 1 child up to 5 years for free, each further to 15 years get a 50% discount!

Payment
Please pay your bill in cash (EUR), with Maestro / EC card,
Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard, American Express or Diners Club credit card.

Pet regulations
Pets are only allowed on enquiry at the Metzgerwirt in Sankt Veit / Pongau (€ 12 per day not including food). When bringing a dog, the hotel reserves the right to bill for any final cleaning. Please bring your own dog blanket and muzzle. Please understand that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the dining hall, spa and the garden facilities.

Spa
The sauna area is a rest zone and nudist zone and is therefore for adults only (from the age of 15).

Beauty
We recommend making appointments for beauty treatments when booking your rooms. Enjoy optional personal consultation.
We will compile individual treatments for you tailored to your own personal needs.

Reservation and deposit
Reservations are only accepted in written form together with a deposit. We ask for a deposit of 20% of the total sum for your stay for a binding reservation at the Hotel Metzgerwirt in Sankt Veit / Pongau. In case of cancellation, your deposit will be kept or credited for your next holiday!

Cancellation regulations (travel cancellation)
Please note that room cancellations are only accepted in written form.
The general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply in case of cancellations or early departure.
Guests may rescind the accommodation agreement up to 30 days before the agreed date of arrival
without paying a cancellation fee with a unilateral declaration by a contract party.

Outside of this fixed period of time, cancellation with a unilateral declaration by a contract party is only possible by paying the following cancellation fees:

Cancellations 14 to 29 days before the date of arrival require payment of 60% of the total amount;
Cancellations 6 to 13 days before the date of arrival require payment of 70% of the total amount;
Cancellations up to 5 days before the date of arrival require full payment (100%) of the total sum.
This is also valid in case of non-arrival or premature departure.

Please note that these cancellation regulations replace the right of withdrawal in accordance with the consumer rights regulation of the European Union.

European travel insurance just in case
We recommend taking out European travel insurance when booking your stay. The premium is calculated in accordance with the total sum of your holiday, thereby covering all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness or death of the insured party, his or her children, brothers or sisters, parents or grandparents before or during the holiday. We at Hotel Metzgerwirt in Sankt Veit im Pongau are happy to advise you during the booking process or send you the information sheet of the European travel insurance.
